We stayed at this hotel as convenient for attending two days at the NEC, and a little bit of sightseeing in Birmingham itself. Plenty of free parking, with a bus stop directly outside the front door, 45 mins to the Bull Ring, so no city centre driving and parking hassle.
We were given the very spacious Executive suite, TV in both rooms! We only had dinner on the first night which was fine, but the breakfasts were equally good with buffet style on weekdays, and cooked to order at the weekend. The reception and restaurant staff were unfailingly friendly and attentive, as were the housekeeping staff, and it was a real pleasure to stay here. I can't relate to a previous review concerning the inattentive staff. It certainly was not our experience, and the Best Western house style quality was very evident. We will certainly stay here again if revisiting the area. less
