From check in to check out it has been a very pleasurable stay in Acocks Green. The receptionist, Vessi, was a credit to the Hotel, professional and courteous with a good sense of humour and nothing was too much trouble. I was in a double room (23), very quiet and very comfortable (Small telly though :) ) and the food was very good throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Hotel less

I am delighted that your stay was fantastic and that the team who dealt with you made you feel welcome, Vessi is a fantastic receptionist who likes to make each check in personal, we are not standardised in our approach to customers so each guest gets a little bit of all our personalities from time to time.
I am glad your stay was comfortable, you will have to come again soon, our new beds have just been put in, and I can say they are one of the best I have seen. Our Televisions are small however I like to think that we have enough to offer in the hotel, in way of a pub, a restaurant and a cocktail bar so that we don't keep you locked in your room for the duration of your stay, we love nothing more than seeing our guests in the pub enjoying themselves or as you say trying the food which I can personally vouch for as being amazing.
I will pass all your comments onto the team, I know they get a real buzz from positive feedback, and this review is a shining example of what we do on a daily basis.
