Best Western GB Key Facts

  • Best Western GB represents the largest collection of independently owned and family run hotels in Great Britain. This means that each hotel is individual and crammed full of its own personality. From castles to coaching inns, sea views to mountain views and modern to listed buildings, the only thing that is the same is their commitment to the quality, value and standards of service that every guest receives.
  • In Great Britain there are 250+ Best Western hotels, with almost 15,000 bedrooms to choose from.
  • Our hotels have over 42,000 years of history between them and hundreds of stories to share. From the oldest purpose built hotel in Europe, the hotel with the best room-with-a-view in the world and the hotel which hosted the honeymoon of Hollywood royalty, Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor. You can even follow in the footsteps of royalty with Best Western hotels hosting seven kings and queens over the years!
  • 2016 marks 70 years in hospitality for Best Western Hotels and Resorts. To commemorate our 70th birthday, and the launch of our brand new logo, we look forward to sharing a full year of celebrations with our guests.
