Best Western Rewards members earn 10 points for every $1USD you spend on your qualifying rate booked when staying in any one of our independently owned hotels worldwide. Points cannot be earned on restaurant meals or any extra spend at the hotel.
Rewards points can also be purchased by contacting the Best Western call centre on 0800 39 31 30.
All rate plans not listed below are eligible for Best Western Rewards points:
Stays booked through online travel agencies, such as priceline.com, expedia.com, travelocity.com, booking.com, kayak.com (i.e., channels other than Best Western branded booking channels);
Stays booked through tour operators; and stays booked at special discounted rates, such as employee rates, FIT/wholesale/net rates, group bookings/bus rates, crew rates, BWR free night awards rates (FX rates), or discounted rates for stays longer than thirty (30) nights.
To earn Rewards points on your stays you need to book through the Best Western website, call centre, directly through the hotel or through a Travel management Company on a qualifying rate plan. Bookings through Online Travel Agents (OTAs) are NOT eligible for Rewards points, unless it is your first Best Western booking and you enrol at the hotel during your stay. In this instance 500 points will be credited for this booking only. This restriction includes but is not limited to Booking.com, Bookit.com, Expedia, Getaroom (GAR) Hotels.com, Hotwire.com, Lastminute.com, Orbitz, Priceline, Agoda, Hotel.de, Laterooms.com
Simply log in to your Rewards account before making your booking or add your Rewards number when prompted when making your booking.
Yes, you will earn points or Airline Miles when you pay with a Best Western Travel Card as long as you stay on a qualifying rate.
To earn Airline Miles, simply log in to your online account and change your earning preference under ‘My Profile’ and ‘Communication Preferences’.
You can earn either Best Western Rewards points OR Airline Miles for your stay. Your designated earning preference (points or Airline Miles) will be credited accordingly for each stay. You may change your earning preference logging into your online account and updating your earning preference under ‘My Profile’ and ‘Communication Preferences’.
Best Western will issue points for up to 3 rooms booked by the same member for the same night provided that the member pays for all of the rooms at a qualifying rate.
Please allow up to 7 days for points or Airline Miles to post to your account. Airline Miles can take up to two statement cycles to appear on your partner account. Be sure to show your card upon check-in to help speed up the posting of Best Western Rewards points or Airline Miles. If you have stayed at a Best Western and would like to enquire about missing points or Airline Miles, please login to your rewards account and complete a Missing Points/Miles form.
If you provided your Best Western Rewards card or membership number at the time of your Best Western stay please allow at least 7 days for points or Airline Miles to be posted to your account. If more than 7 days have passed since your departure date and points or Airline Miles are not posted to your account, log in to your account and fill out the Missing Points/Miles form. For new members, points/Airline Miles will be credited for any qualifying Best Western Rewards stay occurring within 30 days prior to enrolment in the Programme.
PLEASE NOTE: Stays over 6 months old cannot be reviewed for points or miles.
