Upon entry to our Dirty Suite, we nowwre greeted by a strong smell, no lightbulbs, stained carpets, missing pillows. No water pressure in shower, would not drain and the best part, the toilets were out of a daycare and basically sat on the floor with a less than average diameter.. 😐 Yes, if you need to sit you were better off going to the Gas station! Breakfast was mediocre the first day, slightly under cooked bacon and sausage, by Friday it was sawdust they just kept re-cooking it over and over.. No working ice machines, hotel is basically run down and in dire need of A LOT of work. I understand why the maintenance men we're typically standing in the front walk way Smoking or leaning on the front counter with their dirty clothes, greasy hair and smelling of cigarettes and B.O. When I requested pillows for the bed it took asking for 3days and many people before getting any response.. I could go on but it's just not well managed, the staff seemed to not give a crap about anything other than standing around and b.s'ing rather than their jobs. The girl in the diner was Very helpful and Claudia at the front desk, the rest we're worthless and even though they smiled and said hi and yes we will help, actually did nothing to help.. Don't go here.. there's plenty of other hotels on this road.. less

I will be investigating things to find out how this happened and take steps to ensure our next guest does not have the same experience.
