Most of my family stayed at another hotel with free breakfast for about $30 less per room. I bought 2 rooms for my family because I wanted to be close to pier and liked that they offered a free shuttle. The morning we were flying in our flight was canceled and so I called to let the hotel know we would be arriving later that night but would need the shuttle for 5 the next morning. I was told too bad, and there was no room by the time we arrived. Bad costumer service and false advertising. less

Hello Stefanie F,
First and foremost I want to thank you for choosing to stay with us, even though your other family members were able to find accommodations at another hotel for about $30 less per room. Also, since you mentioned it, we also offer a free breakfast.
I also appreciate that you took the write a review about the experience that you had in regards to our shuttle service and what you consider to be false advertising.
As it is stated on the websites that our hotel is placed on, our shuttle service to the San Pedro Cruise Terminal is complimentary and offered on a first-come, first-serve sign-up basis to our guest upon check-in as we do not take reservations for the shuttle. Unfortunately, when you called to let us know that your flight was late, that you wanted to reserve the shuttle for 5 people the next morning, I am very confident that my front desk agent informed you that you couldn't make a reservation for the shuttle, not that you were told "too bad".
Our shuttle hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM on a cruise day, the shuttle runs every 30 mins, as there are seven-passenger spaces available on the shuttle, unfortunately, we only have the one shuttle and there are times when that the time slots that a guest would like to be transported to the cruise terminal are filled, which means that a guest has to select another time, which can leave a guest unhappy. But the shuttle runs until everyone who has signed up for the shuttle is transported to the cruise line.
So I am going to have to respectfully disagree with your comment that we are advertising falsely as complimentary shuttle service to the San Pedro cruise terminal is offered on all cruise days.
Again, thank you for taking the time to write yoru review regarding your expereince with us.
