Had no water in the whole hotel, when finally got fixed water was dirty, we tried to fill our Jacuzzi but started to get moody so we went to from desk and ask if someone could clean it for us because we wanted to use it after dinner, and the guy told us he can only give us some towels to clean it our selfs, we paid $300 for a suite that we could not use the Jacuzzi, very disappointed less

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience while staying with us. I understand that the water being turned off was a huge inconvenience for you. Unfortunately the City of Greensboro was working on a line and hit the Main line causing it to shoot several feet in the air and thus the water line had to be repaired which is of course why the water was turned off for a few hours. I do understand that your tub was dirty once the water was turned back on but as I am sure you know when you returned from dinner your tub(s) were both clean. I did go up to your room personally and made sure that happened for you. Again, I do apologize. Thank You for your review. Feedback is very important to us.
