A Low Three at That.
I called a night before checking in to confirm that I could receive a cheaper rate for the two hours left in the night I'd be coming in than my original check in date the front desk girl said it would be $50, but when I checked in they charged me the full rate of 109, not even the rate I booked on BW own website. The fire alarm went off multiple times at night, due to outside interference but that was not the hotels fault. The problem was when I called down multiple times to find out the no one ever answered. Even the second night when there was no alarms. The broken promises, very poor night auditor customer service on both nights, really odd choices in your sundries shop, the elevator not working after the fire alarm and when I went downstairs to ask myself about it, the female night auditor said not even the maintenance staff knew how to reset the fire alarm or elevator. Even I know how to do that. Cross train your associates so they can do simple things that will improve customer service. less
