Horrible treatment by owner

First, the outside is nice and well maintained but that's as far as it goes. The "owner" working the front desk started hounding me and harassing me after we paid and checked in. I had 2 of my cousins helping me and my wife with our bags. He immediately wanted my family to leave, they couldn't even help us upstairs!!! I told him we would be a few minutes. Not 5 minutes after we all got to our room, the "owner" called our room directly and was wanting to know the exact minute my family was leaving and what was taking them so long to leave. I went back downstairs to have a talk with the "owner" in person. He started yelling at me saying that my family had to leave at that minute. I tried to tell him I hadn't seen my family in about 4 months and we just wanted to spend some time with my cousins. I would think any reasonable person would understand. But he refused to listen, then he said that my wife and I had to leave. He then proceeded to CALL THE POLICE!!! I am 38years old and I have never been in trouble with the law, I don't have any speeding tickets nor have I been arrested. A police officer came to escort my wife and I put of the hotel. I was treated like a criminal just because my family helped me with my bags and because they took too long in our room. I never threatened the "owner" nor did I call him "names". I have a case pending and I am still waiting for the refund which has not been processed after 4 business days...funny thing is the "owner did say that the day before we arrived a family had checked in and they had 6 kids and were all staying in 1 room with a max occupancy of 4 and the "owner" let that family stay. Both the "owner" and the police officer that responded both confirmed that the police were not called. So why the "owner" chose to do this to my family and not the other family that stayed the day before we did I do not understand. Room was not as expected. Small TV in corner of room with dollar store remote. Ac was window unit and not central air. Refrigerator was broken and did not cool the short time we were there less
