I am updating an original review that I posted on April 19th. Since my review was posted, the manager of this location contacted me on my personal email to tell me I wasn't welcomed back to his hotel, as if I would go again! His exact words were "I would most certainly not want you to come to MY hotel again". I then called Corporate to let them know about this incredibly inappropriate response and the invasion of privacy. The owner then emailed me, again on my personal email, to tell me that his hotel was going to sue me for slander if I did not remove my review. So, as stated in my original review, AVOID! If you choose to stay there, be prepared to receive inappropriate emails and then be threatened with a lawsuit for "slander" based off of a completely true review.

I never write bad reviews but I have to warn EVERYONE about this hotel. This hotel is awful. The front desk person is incredibly rude and has no desire to help his guests. My room smelled and I woke up BOTH nights from a roach crawling across my stomach and leg. I had to wash all of my clothes, clean ones included, that I took because the room made them stink. I can’t believe i paid $500 for two nights of zero sleep, bugs, and rude customer service. I will never stay here again and will probably avoid all Best Western hotels. less
