In all honesty, this hotel did not meet our expectations as Platinum Best Western Rewards members. This is our second visit to this location. The first time a few months ago was a nice experience, the second visit, didn't make us very happy. The rooms are large, comfortable and spacious - and even have very large TV's which is very nice. However, we're not really sure the staff there is doing an overall great job. There was dog food on the floor in our room. The vanity light fixture didn't work and when reported the issue, it was not repaired - even though we were told it was. We returned to our room one evening and the light was on, but didn't work the next morning. Night desk attendant was caught sleeping on the job. Room keys didn't work half the time. The rear parking lot was littered with trash when we left. When we arrived there was trash on the rear sidewalk and for two days there was a chair laying against a bush on the backside of the hotel. It looked trashy. Not sure what is going on at this hotel, but as a couple who stays in a lot of Best Western hotels, this hotel just does not make the cut. It's really unfortunate because our family lives in this town and we prefer to stay in a hotel rather than at their home when we visit. I imagine we will look at other hotel options when we visit next time. less
