The check in process was smooth. I wasn't really impressed with the room itself. Room 319 had a big spill of what could have been glue or epoxy of some sort baked into the carpet. The door stuck and light poured in from underneath it.
The room was clean enough, but was tired and a bit worn. I will give credit for the everything working at the motel and in the room. I have been to enough motels/hotels were things such as room keys didn't work or lights were out to take notice when everything works as it should.
This is no frills lodging and appears to be home for some people that are down on their luck. I saw people's laundry hanging over the walkway railings and other sights that lead me to believe people are living here.
The location was good and close to the freeway, airport and a park. I got the room as part of a bundle from a 3rd party provider for around 50 bucks a night. That was all it was really worth. Had I paid more, I would have adjusted my rating downward. less
