We stayed in the hotel the past 2 nights, Sunday & Monday, wanting a break from the 'grind'. This is my second visit here and both times been delighted. The room was on the top floor facing the sea. Spotlessly clean, great views, plenty of tea/coffee, quiet and a real comfy bed. We ate both evenings in the Pub which we enjoyed. It was good to walk out of the door and onto the beach. Walked miles and got blown along the beach. As is said - big skies and seascape. The hotel is handy for all the major attractions and in a beautiful part of Norfolk. What stand out are the amazing staff. All smiles, helpful and friendly. We checked in at 4pm on Sunday being greeted by an ancient Tortoise on the desk!! The receptionist greeted us with a cheery smile which set the pattern for our stay. Don't know where Tortoise went!!
Jack was very helpful in the bar and had everything well organised. Reception was always helpful and made everything easy. They even lent me an umbrella when the skies opened! Also of particular mention was a charming lady in the side bar of the hotel. She was on Sunday eve and Monday am. Amazing smilie and charm. We will certainly return. less
