Best Western Laurel Inn

Moldy ceiling, holes in the walls, dirty nightstand, long hair stuck to the hair dryer, dirt in the bottom of the tub, and front desk lady acted like she didn't care at all, everything in the room was damp! DONT STAY HERE!!! less

BW was conveniently located, reasonably priced, and a good value overall. Even being located on a busy road with 2 other motels very close by, this motel was very quiet and allowed for a restful stay. I would recommend the Laurel BW as a great place to stay. less

I stay here several times a year for work and my stay is always great. The rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Close to where I am working when in the area and close to places to eat dinner. I always feel safe staying at this Best Western. less

went to Laurel for funeral rented handicap room for 2 nites after we settled in the room was informed that we would have to move in the morning that the room was rented for next nite i asked why we were not informed when we rented the room but just told we would have to move to none handicap room next morning but they had us already booked into another none handicap room that it would not be rented that nite so all we would have to do is move the next morning well that did not work out they rented the room and said we would have to wait until the people moved out at 11 am then it would be cleaned , i told them that we could not wait that long because we were due at funeral at 11 am and i was not going to lug all our stuff back to the car then come back and lug it back in that afternoon so was told they had us another none handicap room to move to well we got our belongings packed and ready to move then told that that room was not avaliable so theh changed us again and guess what we were told shortley that it was not avaliable so we told another room number then it changed again before they finally got us into a room by now our time was running short and i was sweaty from the move and no time for another shower so i doused myself in dedorant and went to the funeral. we have stayed at best westerns several times in diffrent cities and were satisfied with our stay but we will not be staying at this location again !!!! less

There on business. The Travel Channel not available is not what I expected. I love the shows on that channel. The lady at the desk called Corp to see if we were getting all of the available channels. They didn’t answer or call her back. Not sure if she tried again. I was there a week and completely bored out of my mind. And no hot water available at the sink. I worked all day and did not want anyone in my room while I was gone or while I was resting. Had a king size bed with twin size pillows. less
