I arrived at this hotel late midnight with 2 small kids. Many negative aspect than any positive thought about this hotel.
Hotel front desk staff on my second night visit look like very busy with his work and whatever help I ask from him, he did not bother to look at me and answer rather prefer one of his trainee to help us with not many option, seeking to help with 100ml warm milk for 2 year old kid, I have been told to buy milk from market, than I ask if they can warm it, Than i have been told to ask super market to make it warm, sounds so un-professional.
Room is super small and so the bathroom and toilet, Doors are poorly installed, getting open of its own from slight air. Toiletries are of worst quality.
Breakfast not having good option, most of the food pan not replenished for long time, Hot food got cold, no fuel under chaffing dish. Toaster was broken and no alternate arrangements being done, second day insisted too much than one of the staff got toast done from kitchen. At the live egg station, lady chef was having very casual attitude, i ask to add cheese in my egg prep, the lady shown me empty bowl and saying its over, I told her that I want to speak to her head chef than she immediately taken out cheese from her counter underneath. No tissue paper replenished in the restaurant.
Hotel accessibility is not decent and not safe.
Room image and pool image over web page is stunning but in reality its not, pool has been made as an added amenity but no actual feature of any branded hotel pool.
Good part is I dont see any supervisor or manager whom I can discuss my concern, Overall a pathetic experience with Best western at bali, Will not recommend this to anyone at any cost.
Its a non ending bad experience within 2 days of my stay which I want to share but.... less
