Best Western Kuta Beach

There are many branches of this hotel so first of all don't be confused with the name. A slight change in the name and the hotel ratings and stars change so be careful while selecting the hotel. We stayed in Best Western's Beach kuta hotel which is next to the Kuta beach. However, our booking was for Best Western Resort hotel. The hotel is approx. 100mtr inside from the main road. The lane is very narrow only one car can pass at a time. There is no view from the windows. You can either see the next rooms or the road infront. The location is good as its very close to the Kuta beach and near the Legian market. Lot of restaurants if you step outside the hotel lane. Authorised Central Money exchanger is also nearby. The pool on the 5th floor is for name sake. You can put your legs and sit...maybe small children can use it as swimming pool. We stayed in room 3203 which is a standard room.The hotel has very small rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom was absolutely neat and tidy. The room service would come everyday to clean up the room. Our refrigerator was not working. We complained and they immediately came and did the needful. Must say the service was very quick and efficient. The breakfast was very good. You have variety of options. Non vegetarians will definitely enjoy it. There are veg options too but not very tasty options available. The only drawback I see is the small room and the shower area. The shower area is so small that while having bath your hands hit the glass panels. I also felt that there was dampness in the room and you feel all the clothes were damp coz you cannot open the window and no fans plus the room is so small that with AC there's moisture in the room which results into damp clothes. less

Visited the hotel a couple of weeks back and had the chance to try out their break fasting menu at their rooftop venue. Not a lot of hotels offers special break fasting menu throughout Ramadhan so this is refreshing. The food selection was great, lots of Indonesian cuisine to try out. My personal favorite is the mie aceh along with roti jala and curry. It had a nice sunset view out to Kuta Beach as well, which is definitely a plus! less

I tried the breakfasting buffet the other day with bunch of friends and surprised when they have the package as there is not many of it especially in Kuta with reasonably good price. The food was surprisingly good as they served many of Indonesian fave dish, especially the Rendang as it wasn't hard to chew, and satay too. Other than that they even have Jajanan Pasar as dessert. View was outstanding too as it was facing the sunset. Besides the food and the view, I like the little touch of decor on the table, as they put an extra details too sweeten the whole thing. less

I came here with my fellas and break fasting here because we're hunt for all you can eat food for breakfasting And voila i got in here , only 75k rupiah you can taste indonesian food with the best taste in town Service 9/10 Staff 10/10 Food 9.5/10 Pool rooftop 11/10 Atmospher 9/10 TASTE 9.5/10 So guys dont be hesitate to came here with ur friends and family to try all you can eat food Nb : dont forget your swim suit 🤗 less

I had booked Best Western Kuta beach for 3nights.At the time of booking,some reviews said ,food is not good here, so we didn't book breakfast with stay here. Though on our last day of stay ,we got back late to hotel,tired so took chance to order with hotel only.To our pleasant surprise ,we got very tasty Vegetarian pizza n spring rolls to eat.Even next day morning we ordered our breakfast also.That turned out to be tastefully prepared n presented too. Location of hotel is prime,just few meters is Kuta Beach.Money exchangers available all around and also some good local stuff for shopping. We were first given a room,with AC not working, but later on at our request they changed our room and there we had no problems.Cleanliness was okay,as per the hotel charges. So overall a good place to stay.If u are not looking to spend too much time in hotel n pool etc. less
