I stayed in this hotel and please I request repeated customers not to book here especially booking online as they get rubbish rooms and booked directly through hotel they are given priority for good rooms.
There is no value for customers who stay here continuously or come here repeatedly.
I beg people not to do it. less

I would like to apologize for the troubles and frustration that you experienced lately.
I want you to know that your feedback will give us the chance to resolve any problem that may occur and assist us in making our services better.

We are really disappointed that all this has happened. We have truly tried our best. The managers on duty always help personally and to make sure that all our guests are happy with everything.

All our staff are required to treat customers with respect. By effectively implementing a Workplace Discrimination and Harassment policy we will attract and retain talented staff and create a positive environment for all customers and staff. Discrimination, bullying and any type of harassment are unlawful and unacceptable at our property. Staff (including managers) found to have engaged in such conduct will be counselled, warned or disciplined. Severe breaches will lead to formal disciplinary actions including dismissals.
On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
To move forward, we have taken this matter very seriously and we have decided to contact our Human Resources Department to provide a refresher training program for all Best Western Ilford Hotel staff in order to provide excellent customer service and to ensure this incident does not happen again.
