Best Western Hotel Colombe

I love this hotel cause Everything was just exceptional every stay since 2009. The location was perfect 2 min walking from tramway station , the kindness and professional service of all the staff from the reception , housekeeping ,security ,restaurant and breakfast . The room was beauty and modern very clean with nice smelling, amenities were just sweetest. Thanks all for such nice stay . less

First of all I am so much thankfull to all employees of this nice hotel. They made my stay so much confortable as i felt at home. This atmosphere was made by the clean room and all the hotel areas and most important the professional behaviour of employees from reception to restaurant and also the women who clean the room. I was expecting less as it was my first trip to this city but it was so much better than I expected. My car also was parked outside but safe. I would say that this is the best relationship of price/value as I paied for 3 stars but received 5 stars quality. I would defenetly go back if i will have the oportunity to visit Oran. I've stayed with a group here. I am a tour leader and the agency chose this hotel by looking at the reviews. They thought #1 means the best. People on this tour were good travellers. Did not complaine at all untill they saw this hotel. Neighbourhood was awfull. Very small lobby,smaller dining room. Poor breakfast. Water running through the tab was brown. Only good thing,the room was clean. Rexeption was not frienly at all and when I asked them şf there was alchole being served at the hotel,the lady in turban looked at me like if I was committing a big crime/sin and said 'no'. We left the next morning and payed the night already and moved to another beautiful hotel to make our clients happy. It does not deserve to be #1 at all. Professional thought. less

J’ai passé avec ma famille un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à Oran. Le personnel est souriant, agréable et à l’écoute du client. Le décor est moderne mais aussi traditionnel, à proximité du centre-ville et pourtant dans un quartier peu bruyant. Absolument rien à signaler, un véritable plaisir d’y avoir séjourné. Je le recommande entièrement ! I’ve spent a wonderful trip there with my family. The staff is always sincerely smiling ; it sets a very welcoming atmosphere. But most of all, they’re clearly there to please the needs of the client. The rooms are very clean, modern but also with a traditional touch. There are a triple room option and that is wonderful for small families ! It is situated next to the city center, in a quiet neighborhood. Honestly nothing bad to say about it, don’t think twice and book your trip there ! less

We stayed at the hotel for a couple nights during Ramadan, very well located, 5 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the airport, the room was nice, spacious, and most importantly impeccably clean, the restaurant served delicious meals and the staff was very friendly. Excellent value for money, will be my go to place if I return to Oran and definitely recommend it less
