Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately we had imagined a review to try to damage us. Unfortunately we are forced to provide an explanation about his stay and his discontent that I must find absolutely unmotivated and unfair. The ants he noticed in the room, were provoked by his food scattered throughout the room, we are sorry but are attracted equally with this heat and even if we do careful and periodic disinfection. We want to remind you that in Italy there is a law accommodated that obliges any person who sleeps at the hotel, to register with a valid ID. This law is an obligation not imposed by us but by law enforcement authorities. Despite several times communicated this obligation has tried to evade our control system, denying the evidence, despite the guest in his company has "escaped" from the outside door. We have ascertained with absolute certainty that she was not circumvented and that as a hotel policy a supplement for the extra guest who refused to pay up to the last one, I myself talked with her, meeting them economically despite the fact that she was the behavior he has adopted. In spite of this notable discount applied to try to better finish the stay for both parties, he threatened us with the review that he promptly made. We are a working team that loves its work of hospitality and that can not absolutely undergo certain threats before the law or our internal policies, very clear and visible on all the portals. We kindly invite you to choose another hotel, it is not a welcome guest. I also want to clarify that the Italian law (art.109) is not circumvented in any other Italian hotel, even with the negative threats of review.
