Two night stay. No elevators, multi story facility, so be forewarned. Stairs and walkways are narrow. Parking lot spaces are very tight. If you have a larger vehicle, parking will be difficult if the hotel is fully booked. The hotel is also "pet friendly"... unfortunately for me, someones "buddy" really liked to bark at odd hours. It made for a sleepless night the first day. The room was clean and comfortable... firm bed, big screen w/ full channel package, fridge & microwave. HVAC unit worked well. Fan could be left on continuously too. Excellent breakfast had omelettes, real eggs, sausage, real diced potatoes, biscuits & gravy, pastries, cold cereal, pastries and an automatic pancake maker (looks like a copy machine... too funny to watch people try to figure it out). Dining area is actually too small for facility. This would have been a 4 star stay if the dog had not ruined my nights sleep. . . less

Thank you for staying with us and providing all the positive feedback, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, well running HVAC unit along with other nice compliments. We do apologize for "buddy" barking and disrupting your sleep. I don't know if you called the front desk to let us know of the problem during your stay but we may have been able to help you out so you could have received some well deserved rest. We will be adding an elevator in the near future which we are all excited about. Currently our parking can be challenging at times but for larger vehicles or people having trailers we do own the lot next door and we provide complimentary parking to help alleviate the busy nights. We hope you look at the positive things you mentioned and decide to stay with us again the next time you visit Eugene. If you ask the front desk at check in many times they could put you in an area away from any pet rooms so that is not a problem during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us and we do appreciate your feedback.
