The best hotel in Ilford
When we arrived we were greeted with smiles and warmness after I introduced myself, the lovely gentlemen Stephen at front desk professionally handled the check in process.

Room
This was the best room in the hotel as far as I was concerned as it had a skylight towards the road and a window facing the rear so you could have both windows open and get a nice breeze through the room.
Room and bathroom was very clean, hot water from the tub, nice and warm in the room.
WI-FI
The connection was perfect and very strong.
Breakfast
Full English (with a twist but more on that later). Cereals and toast (single 4 slot toaster) orange juice as well as tea and coffee (boil your own kettle though)
The toast was fine. After having some toast decided that we would try the full English. Eggs, turkey rushes, hash browns, beans, sausages and mushrooms were available in a buffet area.
Leaving
We asked about late check out and the hotel did an extra hour for free as complimentary.
Staff
The staff were really helpful and accommodating and staying the extra time was no problem at all.
Overall a really great little place to stay for visiting the sights of London without costing the earth. Really convenient for the Ilford TFL station and the local shops. Would definitely recommend less
