Overall we are happy by it. We stayed 5 nights for business.
The staff was very helpful (especially Stephen and Iveta), apart from few low end ones.
They upgraded to big room for free. The kitchen was open and they were polite to help in warming food etc. The reception was 24/7.
But, we feel this hotel might not be good for families (espcially over weekend) due to some reasons, which I am sure you got the pointer. less
