When I arrived the front desk clerk did not greet me. She continued to do whatever she was doing on the computer as if I was not even there. I had to address her before she knowledges my presence. She seemed very unhappy to be at work and did not smile once. She gave no information on any of the amenities for the hotel. I inquired about breakfast which she was clueless about and she gave misinformation regarding the full service restaurant that I didn't find out about till after I had left the hotel and gone and had dinner at a different restaurant. Later in the evening I called to get an extra blanket and was told that they do not give extra blankets so I had to spend the night very cold and uncomfortable. Every staff member I had contact with was miserable and very unpleasant to deal with. I work at a hotel and this experience was the worst I have experienced in years. less

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our hotel. I'm shocked and embarrassed to hear your comments regarding our staff here on site and I will be sure to look into this immediately and make sure it doesn't happen again at our hotel.
It is my goal to build a culture and staff here at the hotel that provides a warm and inviting stay to each and every guest. I will not rest until we have that in place. Thank you again for your comments and concerns.
