Building: The management have just spent over a million pound on refurbishing the hotel, yet didn't see it fit to install level access through a brand spanking new entrance. Also there is a step into the restaurant. If you are in a wheelchair, you might be struggling here.
Room: Was in an outdoor hut 'executive' room, which whilst the room was large; it stunk of smoke and was very dirty (the toilet bowl was stained brown).
Food: The breakfast cost was absurd, £15 for standard breakfast but if you want Eggs Benedict it is £18. Considering I dined alone, I also find it poor practice to add service charge to the bill; especially when the bill I signed at dinner did not have this included. However it should be noted that the food was nice.
Wifi: Ok but disconnects ad hoc and there limited phone signal in the area.
Location: Beautiful, next to large pond with wildlife. less
