Have nothing good to say about this BW

When we walked up to front desk, woman came out from office and said "what's the last name". No hello, no welcome, like she had better things to do then check in guest. She mumbled a couple of thing during process then said do you want water/snack or points(we are rewards members). She also gave us a couple of coupons for free drink in lounge that were only valid that night, when we came back to hotel at 10PM, lounge was closed!
When opened our room door we noticed a strange smell, but couldn't identity it. A couple of minutes later we found the source, black splotches on top of wall near ceiling. Appeared to be MOLD. I went to front desk and told her, she registered no surprise, no sorry about that,,,,. Just said she would try to find us another room. I don't know how cleaning staff wouldn't have seen this, it was in several different areas. Apparently there were no other rooms available on exterior wall side, so we had to take room by pool. There weren't enough guests to occupy all of the exterior wall rooms, so maybe they all had mold issues? We do not like pool side rooms, they are darker and more humid. We should have just checked out.
The last time we stayed here(couple of months ago), when my wife tried to enter room for first time she could not get the door open. She returned to front desk and a person we believe to be GM told her to 'just put your shoulder into it'!! She returned to room and really had to bang into door to get it open. When I came in I demanded a different room. Who tells their paying guest 'just put your shoulder into it'.
We have stayed in at least 8 BW in the last year and at this particular one over 7 times\20 nights since October. The Fairfield BW would rank last for rooms\breakfast\rates\staff. Especially staff, not one is friendly and seem to try to ignore you. I see a man who I believe is GM at least once per stay and he has never said Hello or anything, usually just looks away.
Why do we continue to stay there??
We are Best Western rewards members and always try to stay at BW if there is one available. Might as well get the points, but will no longer book at this BW.
We have to be in Fairfield multiple time per year and will find a different place to stay. less

Dear Gym-S51, I sincerely apologize for your stay. If you care to contact me directly I can see that you get a full refund. We never want to charge a guest for a stay they did not enjoy.
