It's not a four star hotel!!

Hardly something bothers me when I'm on vacation, well this time it wasn't so! As we arrived we had to pay a deposit, which is very strange considering this is a "hotel room" we're heiring and NOT an appartment for rent. But that was fine....
Then the receptionist, a brown haired skinny guy, treated is smugly, maybe because my english isn't all that perfect. Ok, but that's an unaceptable behavior!! They need to learn to respect their customers!
And that's not all! To top it off, on our first day for breakfast (which by the way isn't included in the total package) the waitress behaved in a very rude manner with my mother, which made us very uncomfortable. The breakfast costs € 13,50 and was very average.
After all this I preferred not to approach the reception for any assistance whatsoever!
The room was very small for a four star hotel. There wasn't even a bedside table and the shower had courtains insted of sliding doors, which is riddiculus... four star, "sure"!! less

By letting us know what your experiences were, you give us the right information how to improve. I am very sorry to hear that your stay with us was unsatisfying. On behalf of me and all staff members I apologize for not meeting your expectations. It is awful to hear that you had a negative feeling. I will take immediate measures to improve the experiences for guests in the future. About breakfast we also offer rates including breakfast. At this point we are renovating our breakfast/lounge area and we are changing our breakfast as soon as we reopen.
Again I am very sorry for your negative experience this time. I realize that your experience was not at all what is should have been and I am sincerely sorry about that.
