PAULITA was very rude. My business trip ended a day early so decided to not stay in the hotel the final day. I contacted Hotels.com to get assistance with a refund. They contacted hotels.com and the process over the phone was smooth. Upon check out this morning I went to the desk and stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to return. I finally rang the bell twice and PAULITA appeared from the back, immediately she was extremely rude and sarcastically said "Sorry for the long wait". I explained that I was checking out early and Hotels.com advised me to brings keys to desk. I asked her for a copy of a receipt showing I had checked out and she refused to provide me with anything. She kept telling me to contact Expedia.com and I told her I didn't book through them. She became very nasty and told me to get out and she wasn't going to give me anything at all and proceeded to walk away leaving me standing there. She then said that she was going to note in the system that I was no longer able to stay in that hotel again. At this point I am really baffled because I simply asked for a receipt. I also overheard a conversation she was having with another guest and her attitude was the same. They don't know how to treat Corporate, Government or Military personal... AVOID THIS HOTEL. I would have given a better review if it hadn't been for PAULITA!!!!! less

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and share your travel experience. I do apologize as in the world we live in today the majority of guest do not realize that they are booking through what we call a 3rd party channel and we are not able to provide a receipt. From my end it appears that Paulina was following protocol that is established through these web sites. I'm so sorry that you felt that she was rude and was not immediately available and not able to provide what you needed. It's sometime difficult to explain as it doesn't make sense to the traveler and it appears this may be what happened to you. Again my apologies.
