Was a nice room, great location, and decent otherwise for stay in Concord. In not one instance were hotel staff wearing masks inside when we were in the reception area. Once asked, the two employees put on masks with check in. But that, of course, does nothing to control potential virus spread in the room when they are by themselves. My mask protects them. Their lack of masks while alone in the reception area puts guests at risk. Didn't both mentioning to the clerk in the morning who likewise was not wearing a mask.
In fairness, few businesses in Concord has employees wearing masks inside when customers were not present. less

While COVID-19 has caused us to make amendments to our hotel’s services and offerings for your safety and well-being, our hotel continues to look for ways to improve our guests’ stay. We appreciate you providing insight on what we can do to better meet your needs going forward. Please know that the health and safety of our guests remain paramount. We sanitize the front desk after every guest checks in, we have plexi glass up at the front desk and a hand sanitizer station. We offer a contact less check in process. I am deeply sorry the front desk clerk forgot to pull up there mask when you were in the lobby. The staff have been spoken to, thank you for bringing it to our attention.
