We are sorry to hear about the attitude of the breakfast staff, we will be sure to speak to her immediately regarding this issue. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and we are sorry to hear this was not evident during your stay. We hope you will stay with us again in the future so we may offer you a superior experience. As for smoking, we are a non smoking hotel, but we do allow smoking outside. We are sorry to hear someones smoke wafted into your room. In the future we'd be more than happy to go and ask them to step further away from the building on your behalf.
