We rented a 3/2 villa. This was a great set up for my family of 8. There is a Queen downstairs w bathroom. There are 2 rooms upstairs that share a bathroom. One room has a queen and the other one has two twin beds. Private balcony w 2 chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. There are a few basic pots and pans, cups, bowls and silverware. The grounds are beautiful! The staff is awesome! The kids enjoyed the pool the day we Arrived. There is a restaurant on site, however we did not eat there so I can't comment. The adults did enjoy drinks from the bar. There are warm pool towels that were really nice! My nephews and son enjoyed a game of bball w some other boys who were also staying in a villa at the basketball court. There is also a playground for the younger kids. This is a great set up for a family!!
I struggled w my rating because I had a couple hiccups, but over all I have to say the good out weighed the bad. We had this trip planned for months so I had a note placed on my reservation to ensure we had the pull out couch downstairs. When I checked in, I asked again to make sure we would have the pull out couch. At bed time, we discovered that the couch was NOT a pull out so my nephews and sons had to crowd each other and sleep two in each TWIN BED! The 3/2 should really be listed to sleep 6 and NOT 8 if the pull out is not guaranteed. When I called the front desk to complain, I was told it's not guaranteed. But I asked prior and at check in! Sigh. We made it work. We were already settled and ready for a great vacay. Then one evening we returned from Disney to find that the cleaning crew left our room door unlocked and propped open on the latch. 🙄 I was upset and immediately called front desk. They apologized. Nothing was missing. I just couldn't believe the oversight! I also do not understand why they have tiny hotel garbage cans in a villa kitchen. The garbage fills up quick and ppl leave their garbage outside. Who does that? It looks tacky and management needs to cut that asap! The grounds are so nice but yet ppl are having to leave garbage outside because their cans fill up quick. Tacky! Our safe did not work. And the cleaning crew should be introduced to Tilex and Clorox drops for the toilets. I saw mold on the bathroom corners and tried my best to ignore it. The carpets need to pulled up! I've read that on so many of the reviews. PULL THE CARPET UP! Bring slippers. I didn't dare walk barefoot. Our coffee maker didn't work. Our phone to front desk did not work. I had to use my cell. So even though I had several cons I still think the good out weighed the bad. Management needs to tighten up or be replaced and this place could be perfect. I think we will try another spot next visit. less
