LOCATION: This hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to Wawel Castle, Old Town, the Main Square, and the Jewish Quarter. The hotel staff is helpful in giving you directions- they have more maps and tour info than they know what to do with! There's a tram stop right outside. The park across the street is great for working out.
ROOM: Our room was in the Jazz section of the hotel. There were two twin beds in there, and they were perfectly adequate. Our pillows were a little flat, and had an odd odor to them, but that's really the only complaint that we had. We didn't notice air conditioning in the room, so we slept with the window open. It was a little loud at times, but it didn't keep us up or wake us up. There was also no safe in the room, which made for some creative safeguarding techniques. Decor is very fun and modern- they have fun colorful lighting that you can turn on if you wish
BATHROOM: The bathroom was nice, I liked the shower and the towel warmer. The hotel provides soap and shampoo for you.
ACCESSIBILITY: Stairs everywhere, including to get to the reception desk and the Jazz section of the hotel.
I can't comment on breakfast because we didnt have it. Overall, we recommend this hotel. less
