This property is a collection of small condos, or apartments linked together by pathways and greenery/flowers and unusual statuary - very cute, Bahamian and different from other hotels we have stayed at - not particularly modern but nice and clean and comfortable. We had a king bedroom, small, basic bathroom, kitchen with full amenities (fridge, cooker etc), living room with dining table and a small deck/outside sitting area. It felt like the only other people we saw there might even be longer term residents - very empty while we were there, but that may be due to June being the rainiest month there.
The hotel staff were extremely pleasant, very helpful (although we could have done with some help with the luggage instead of having to wheel the luggage cart ourselves) and polite. There was a pool right across from our room as well, which was clean and well maintained .
The only down side for me was that it was more out of the way to get anywhere - two blocks from the public beach, but beware of being asked constantly if you want cold drinks, umbrellas, banana boats etc. - that is one downside of not staying in a property with designated beach area.
To get into the main shopping area from there requires a taxi (about $20 for about a 3 mile journey) or stout walking shoes. It is however, right next to the Atlantic complex and you can wander around part of that without having wrist bands - take a credit card if you want drinks at any of their bars since most are cash-free. less
