Thank you for commenting on your recent stay. We certainly appreciate your statement on our hotel's excellent rating and your thoughts on lighting and ventilation. The lighting level in both the guestroom and bathroom is essentially the same since we opened the hotel, though we have added higher wattage bulbs in most areas. There is actually an exhaust fan in the bathroom which has been in place since 2005 (the vent is directly above the tub/shower), but is automated on a timer - it runs for a few hours in the morning and again in the evening. It's meant to be an energy saving concept and on during peak usage periods, but your concern is mirrored by other guests, who may be frustrated in not being able to manually turn it on whenever they desire. Great feedback - thanks again.
