Extremely unprofessional service from Dakota. She was sarcastic, rude, and very unhelpful. She gave me the incorrect contact information to speak to a manager. I called again myself on a different day and spoke with the manager Andrew. Total night and day; he was extremely helpful and very professional. Wish we were able to speak with him in the first place.
