It’s official! Work has finally started on the long awaited Eden Project Morecambe – a brand new instalment of botanical biomes coming to Lancashire. 

A sister to the internationally recognised Eden Project Cornwall, Eden Project Morecambe hopes to promote health and wellbeing, and inspire a sense of wonder and connection with the natural world. 

The new Eden Project in Lancashire will be made up of three interconnected spaces: Above the Bay, featuring botanical and art exhibits inspired by nature, Below the Bay, an immersive theatrical experience where you can learn about the lunar rhythms and tides, and The Natural Observatory, which will be a dedicated space for research and education programmes. 

As well as providing a fun family day out, The Eden Project Morecambe is also committed to doing good things for the environment, society and the economy through its regenerative sustainability projects. So when you visit, you'll be doing something good too!

Eden Project Morecambe is expect to open for visitors in early 2026.

If you are traveling from London, you can take a train from London Euston to Lancaster and then change for a train to Morecambe.
