What are simple meetings?

Good question. A simple meeting is anything for 30 delegates or less, hosted in one room and with no overnight requirements.

What’s included in my booking?

You can choose from a simple room only hire through to fully inclusive day delegate packages, which include: 

  • Unlimited tea, coffee and water to keep everyone well hydrated 
  • Unlimited fresh fruit for every meeting (got to get that 5 a day!) 
  • Unlimited fresh pastries or biscuits for mid-meeting sugar boosts 
  • Unlimited use of flipcharts 
  • Tasty buffet lunch with at least one hot dish 
  • Meeting room hire, service and VAT 
  • Use of an LCD Projector including screen or wall for projection  
  • Prices are given per delegate and vary by hotel.
