Yorkshire Pudding

300ml milk  | 250g plain flour

3 eggs | salt & pepper | vegetable oil


  1. Blend the eggs and milk together
  2. Slowly add the flour until fully incorporated
  3. Pass through a sieve to remove any lumps
  4. Season and leave to rest
  5. Pre- heat oven to 200°c
  6. Put a tablespoon of oil into each Yorkshire pudding tin and place in the oven
  7. Pre heat the trays until smoking hot
  8. Carefully fill the tins with the Yorkshire pudding batter and bake in the oven for 25- 30 minutes
  9. Don’t open the door!
