Measurements on qualified enrolments are taken on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October and are based on a rolling 12 month period. Your minimum sign up target is set at 1% of your hotel’s total daily room inventory.

Qualified enrolments are new Best Western Rewards members that have been enrolled by a hotel and have met the following criteria:

  • Completed their first stay at the enrolling hotel
  • Their first points or miles posted to their Best Western Rewards account have been credited by the enrolling hotel
  • The points or miles have been posted to the account within three days of check out.

To keep an eye on your progress towards achieving your minimum sign up target you can log into your D.A.R.T QuickSight Report in MemberWeb. To view this report log into MemberWeb > D.A.R.T - QuickSight > Reports > RWD - Global Enrolments Report.
