Chef Hocine Louggar

From a young age I was always involved in the kitchen, I grew up in the family restaurant business, completing my training of chef de cuisine just after my baccalaureate. Following that I had additional training in gourmet cooking.The main reasons I enjoy cooking are the giving and receiving, refining dishes, and the sense of satisfaction when all the customers are happy. I do my best to try harder and improve myself, my cooking, and learning new dishes from others.As head chef I am responsible controlling everything from food preparation processes, health and safety, menus and ensuring the best quality at a good speed. The most important part is making sure every kitchen member is well trained and proud of their work.
