Just a One night stay. Not a lot of time to do anything unless perhaps you've been before and know what to expect,cannot book in until 3:00pm and have to be out for 11am. By the time you've had a couple of overpriced drinks and a bit of a look round its time to prepare for a evening meal. Again much over priced carvery but the food overhaul was good.The room was clean but the heating poor as it only just had the the chill off. There was also a hum you could hear all night from units situated on the roof outside the window which was screened off so you couldn't see them.The Bars and lounges are pretty drafty. less

At Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, check in is at 3pm and checkout at 11am, however if the hotel hasn’t been fully occupied the night before, your room may be free to occupy earlier than stated.
Our guests are welcome to drop their luggage at Reception, so they can go exploring! Luggage can be stowed free of charge until your room is ready, your bags will then be taken directly to your room by one of our helpful Porters.

We have very high standards of cleanliness at Moor Hall, and I am pleased that you were impressed with how clean your bedroom was, I have asked our maintenance team to take a look at the heating and investigate the hum. I am sorry if this affected your quality of sleep during your stay.
