I have been a Rewards Club member for many years and stayed at many BW locations. This stay was a disappointment due to a missed wake-up call as requested to the front desk and a slowly draining tub while showering. Standing in an inch and a half water level is unacceptable. The room amenities (Microwave, small refrigerator, comfortable bed, in-room refreshments, and good lighting were positive assets. less
