I was happy with the staff interaction and the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and quick to assist me with any issues that I had. The breakfast had a lot variety as well.
The room was pretty clean and had a decent amount of space. However, there were a few things that occurred that I felt should have been caught by the staff before I even arrived. First, all of my sheets had stains on them. This is including the comforter. I had to strip my bed and put new sheets on them. The shower head was broken. There was a chunk of it missing, so the water just fell to the floor rather than spraying out. Lastly, the heater did not turn off. When I called the Front Desk, I was advised to unplug it. This wasn't really plausible since it was winter in NY with a snowstorm. less

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am delighted that you were happy with all the interactions you had with our staff members and that you enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I do apologize that the sheets on your bed had not been thoroughly inspected by our housekeeping staff and will absolutely be sharing your comments with them. The poor response you received from the guest experience agent when calling to inform of the heater issue will be addressed with all members of the front desk. We would love to invite you back to the hotel for a second chance of turning your average stay into an exceptional one.
