The room was clean but was in desperate need of a facelift. The rugs seemed very old and the building was not in great condition, ceilings and walls peeling and cracking. The best part about the room was the shower, it was a good size and had good water pressure, plenty of hot water. There was not a nice comfortable chair to sit in the room. The staff was very good and accommodating but on our fifth night into a seven night stay some loud, inconsiderate people arrived upstairs from us. There was lots of loud noise like a party was going on upstairs. They must have been out and came back to the room about 3:30 am and from that point on we could not sleep. We called the front desk to complain after about 20 minutes. It got a little better after that but still too noisy to sleep. We hoped they would be gone the next night but sure enough, about 3:30 to 4:00 am they showed up and brought along a van full of people, at least 6-8 more and the noise continued until 7 or 8 am. With one night to go and a long drive after that ahead of me, I went up to the front desk and told them I needed to cancel the last night and find somewhere quiet to get a good night's rest. After I explained why I was told the manager called out, the girl at the front desk let me cancel the last night and comped me one of the other nights. Also, we had a dog with us and they told me they only had one pet friendly room however, I found out that at least 2 more rooms had dogs staying with the guests. less

We appreciate that you took the time to go out of your way to let us know how your stay was with us, Thank You. I am happy that you did enjoy the showers our rooms provide. The Best Western Woodbury Inn is currently under going room renovations, next step would be to upgrade the exterior part of the hotel. The Agent that helped you seems like that did an amazing job with accommodating the complementary nights due to the noise issues. We typically do not have noise issues here, I do apologize for the inconvenience of our other guests. The property only has 2 Pet Friendly rooms. If you saw other guests with pets they most likely did not inform the Front Desk that they brought a pet with them or they would have not been able to stay with us if we did not have a Pet Friendly room available. We have designated Pet Friendly rooms because we do not have want guests who have allergies staying in rooms pets have stayed in because they can get severely ill. We hope that you do choose to come back, we would love a second chance to exceed your expectations.
