The property itself has been around for a long time but we have been remodeling and upgrading our rooms! We aim for all of our guests to receive nothing less then a 10 service! Good staff, noisy at times and the place needs a facelift.

The Best Western Woodbury Inn is currently under going room renovations, next step would be to upgrade the exterior part of the hotel. The Agent that helped you seems like that did an amazing job with accommodating the complementary nights due to the noise issues. We typically do not have noise issues here, I do apologize for the inconvenience of our other guests. The property only has 2 Pet Friendly rooms. If you saw other guests with pets they most likely did not inform the Front Desk that they brought a pet with them or they would have not been able to stay with us if we did not have a Pet Friendly room available. We have designated Pet Friendly rooms because we do not have want guests who have allergies staying in rooms pets have stayed in because they can get severely ill.
