To start off, check-in was quick and easy, nothing too complicated. Although, the moment I went into my room...it was not what I expected. It felt like a motel than a hotel, to be honest. I am aware that photos can be deceiving but this is one of the Best Western properties that I am not fond of. Throughout my stay, the bathroom smelled like feet (not sure if there is something moldy in there), but I thought the smell will go away since we had the ventilation on (but it didn't). The beds were not that great, considering that I did not sleep well during my 2 night stay there.
One of the challenging thing is that parking is definitely limited. We were told by the Front Desk that we can park at another parking lot BUT we need to move our car before 8am -- I did not think that is fair for us, paying guests. I understand that parking is limited but we should not be punished for not being able to park our car within your property. I had a similar experience at a different hotel, and they let us park someplace that was not a parking spot. Please fix that or figure another way.
Sadly, I don't think I will come back here but I do hope there will be some improvements in the near future. less
