On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
I am looking into your statements and wonder how all this happened to you. As I am investigating this case I can see that our wake up call did go through. It's not someone placing the call physically, its an automated message. It shows up in the phone's history that it went through , but if the phone is set to DND or the volume is turned down it might have not rang to wake you up. I apologize for not getting this information to you. The staff should explain this when setting up a wake up call for our guest.
I am also sorry about the system being down. We had our modem replaced on Friday and apparently Comcast removed some very important boxes that caused a 24 hour outage. It was a rough time for our entire team, but it should have not affected you .
To the person that was sleeping while you tried to check out, I have no words. There is no excuse and it will definitely have consequences for the gentleman that was on duty.
I know you have already said , that you won't come back, but I would like to have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. If you do change your mind about giving us another chance in the future please let me know and I will personally make sure that you are well taken care of.
Our goal is to satisfy all of our guests 100%. We failed this time, but if we get the opportunity, we won't next time.
