Gross. Mold in the showers and on ceilings. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. They need to do some serious upkeep on this property. The older lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and welcoming. When we first checked in, our rooms were not finished with housekeeping. When I came back later in the day to pick up the keys, the redhead man at the front desk was an absolute ass. When I asked if a room could be moved to be closer to the handicapped room we booked for my grandfather, he provided me with another room. It appeared based on the number that this would be further away. When I asked, he said, "If you would let me talk, I could explain it to you." I hadn't been talking over him or talking to him at all, for that matter, until I asked about the numbers. I was quietly waiting while he worked on the computer. I asked if I had done something to offend him, and he rolled his eyes about it. What an incorrigible jerk! If he doesn't want that job, hire someone else who is pleasant. Good God it can't be that hard to find someone to be nice. less

I am sorry and I will dig into this and get back with you - we do not have a redhead male or female working here?
