Dishonest.. Double check any transactions on your bank statements. As a frequent guest, who originally left a good review about this "just ok" property, I am shocked to see what some of the hotel staff were doing with my payment card when I would check into this hotel. The hotel managers will make complaints to you, as a paying guest, if you should book through a third party because of the third party's commission fees. After the complaints, they will offer to do a "price match" to match the price of the third party's price so they can book your stay through the hotel directly, avoiding commission fees. Yet, in my case, you will still be charged through the third party reservation and the hotel too for the same reservation. From my understanding, the hotel still receives the collected funds taken by the third party booking platform as well. Meaning, being paid twice for the same hotel reservation time period. If you are getting a good deal online with a third party, book that way because it will do you no benefit to help out a hotel complaining about their financial struggles. I have been trying to receive my rental documents from this hotel since July, several months after my stay, in order to assist myself and my bank in finding the charges that are the fraud charges from this hotel. less

At first you called and said you booked thru Expedia. I did a lot of research plus several phone calls to you concerning your stay. You did not book with expedia on a prepay but with booking.com and was not a prepay or they would attach the virtual credit card and come thru our system as a prepay. You used a debit card that puts a hold on the card and if you do not pay up front the hold stay for 4 days and drops off. I had my controller investigate and only one charge was made to you and that was for the nights stay. I have asked you to send me proof from your bank but you have failed to do so.
I do not appreciate being called dishonest and do not appreciate your posting on many sites the same story. My Team are great and work very hard . More so during the most difficult times COVID present them. If you have proof send it to me and I will gladly refund your money if not please stop accusing us of something we did not do.
