Already booked my next vacation in June at a different hotel. Will never stay at a Best Western again and have told others that they are better somewhere else, which a dear friend is staying at a hotel for the next week via another chain and loved my new recommendation. Here are my reasons for not staying at another Best Western. I specifically chose this for my daughter who has autism and he really wanted a place with a pool, in fact I restructured my stay for this hotel. My husband, who is disabled, also was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub near the pool. Neither were operational and when I asked why, not one person working there knew why. The staff was great with the breakfast and enjoyed helping my children with their pancakes, they were VERY helpful and kind! Here is a word of warning, be careful of the carbon monoxide detector that is plugged into the wall close to the floor. If you knock into it while walking, it will go off. This was VERY loud and the staff plugged it back in immediately, telling me that happens often. If you have a child with autism that has audio issues,,,this does not have a positive outcome. Also, if you expect your deposit back.....forget about it. We cleaned our room, made sure the trash went out, made sure the proper amount of towels and washcloths were accounted for but, even though I have sent emails, I have not received a response. I have already booked a return trip to the area in the near future and it is definitely not this one nor another BEST WESTERN hotel. In fact, I am staying a bit out of the way just so I do not have to stay here and have my daughter cringe with her memories of the carbon monoxide detector going off.
Wi-Fi is available but it is slow and it cut out a few times, as did the cable.
Will not stay there again and will not recommend. less

Sorry your experience here was not a positive one. It is noted on the website that both the Pool & Jacuzzi would be unavailable.
