I will not be visiting this or any other best western hotel again. I do not feel safe if someone can come in to my locked room & steal things. I had a bad experience from the start your keys didn't work for our room 3 times a staff member let us in (when I guess he wasn't suppose to) he (Gustavo) then got in trouble by management. yours keys worked when they wanted to some for the building would work but then not for the door. I left my wallet that held my IPhone on the bed at about 2:00pm 4/6 & when I came back it was gone around 8:01pm 4/6. spoke to management and she states cameras(of cores)didn't work that day for some reason & that they didn't find any other key that was used(but we had so many keys made who really knows )as they worked when they wanted to. I'm discussed with this stay & the way that this issues was handle manager just keep saying we are not responsible for lost or stolen stuff. I will be filing a police report & tell anyone not to stay here less

No, thiefs do not work here. Yes sets of keys were made for your room that, by your own admitting, didn't work. Once the set that Sheryl made and brought to you worked, no other key was made or used on your door. As I stated, a lock audit (reading) was done and from 7:33 pm when she showed you how to use them and we did the audit, no other key entered that room. And I said the cameras didn't record anything. I am still waiting on the police to come by and will be showing them the lock audit. If there had been evidence of any kind, more would have been done, but just like the police, with no evidence there isn't anything I can do but apologize.
