There never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. There is a bell but you get tired of ringing it. We were unaware that there was a university function going on so we didn't get an upgrade for being diamond select. The breakfast room was very small and crowded. The food was not special. For a one night stay, it was ok but any longer than that would have been a problem. less

Best Western Rewards is ranked as one of the best travel rewards programs in the industry. We do our very best to accommodate our rewards members, especially our Diamond Elite members, with room upgrades. However, room type upgrades are given on a per available basis. We only have two rooms with king size beds, and both were occupied during your stay. We really do wish we could upgrade all of our loyal customers, but sometimes it just isn't possible. Again, we really do appreciate your loyalty to the brand. We hope to see you again soon!
