We stayed here on a Thursday night in early March, after most of the snowbirds had left the area. The best price we could get was $144, with taxes it came to $162. We dealt with disgusting insect debris all over the floor coming from the window AC unit, numerous broken chairs at the pool, a total of two patio table umbrellas at the pool, both of which would not open, and three obnoxious drunks 10 rooms away sucking beer outside until midnight. For $60 a night, I could tolerate this. But $162? Insanity. The hostess at the restaurant when I went for breakfast seemed pissed off at the world, and my waitress was horrible and screwed up a simple breakfast order...no tip for her! Stop and take all the photos you want, but AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. less
