I waited 2 weeks to write this review hoping they would do the right thing. They have not. I am currently out almost $500.00 due to this hotel double charging my card and when I brought this to their attention all I get is I don’t see it or I’m not the one who can handle this. Manager is not there even on week days during normal business hours. It is a joke how they are handling a platinum best western member. I have stayed at several best westerns and other big chains and I have never had this issue. They have lost my business. You have been warned. I know I will eventually get my money back if I file fraud charges with my bank and master card but this is just unacceptable behavior from a business that is representing an international chain of hotels that for the most part are a great value. less

I’m sorry that you found your Bank’s notifications misleading. Unfortunately using a debit card can often lead to undesirable holds being placed on your funds by your bank. Since these situations are unique with each bank we always recommend using a credit card over a debit card. Glad your billing was correct on our end and your bank released the hold on your account.
