Stayed in this hotel for several nights. Suite we booked was very nice, clean and bright. Meals excellent with varied choice. Fairly close to town centre. Our one complaint was the number of steps throughout the premises. We were not advised about this by our travel agent and my husband who walks with a stick had to struggle up five sets of steps to our suite as it was nowhere near the one lift at the other end of the hotel. There were even corridors with both steps going up and down along their length! The dining room had steps and the main entrance of the hotel had steps. Sadly this hotel is completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. less

Thank you for your kind comment that we are a lovely hotel. This is appreciated.
Our suite accommodation is furthest from reception but access is made easier if the lift is taken to the first floor level and then the hotel terrace can act as a transit to the suite accommodation. This reduces level changes considerably. In general, it is always advisable to notify us in advance of any mobility issues as many bedrooms are close to reception and our passenger lift.
We are sorry that you found access more difficult and thank you for your valued comments and custom.
