I visited St Helier with a group of friends and stayed at the Royal Best Western Hotel which is in the middle of St Helier. The hotel was excellent; my room at the back of the hotel was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board and toiletries. The breakfasts were buffet style with a choice of continental and cooked, all very good. We were on bed and breakfast only but ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was excellent, very well presented and cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It has a three star rating, but deserves more! less

Thank you for reviewing our town centre hotel as being excellent.
We are not a standard three Star AA hotel in that we are the only hotel in the Channel Islands to have been awarded, additionally, an AA Silver Award, at this three Star level.
As an hotel, we are very much traditional in style, open year round and hold an AA Rosette too for our catering. In particular, we appreciate your comments with regard to our staff. These comments are much appreciated. We hope to welcome you back sometime soon.
