Excellent two weeks at this hotel, nothing was too much trouble for all members of staff especially Mariusz the Manager, Maria and Edwaurd waiter and waitress. All our needs were met throughout the whole period we were there. Room was spotless and cleaned daily,we did have a small leak in the bathroom which was rectified immediately by us being moved to another room. Food was excellent and plenty of it especially over xmas and the New Year celebrations.

Our staff are delighted with your kind words and proudly hold a Gold level Investor in People Award which is the highest level awarded and is rare in a hospitality business nationally.
Over the past month we have been refurbished a number of bedrooms and bathrooms and this again enhances the Royal for guests visiting us in 2017. We refurbish a number of bedrooms each year.
