I originally booked a two-night stay at this Best Western property for one guest. I called twice to update my reservation to a two-bed room for two guests. When we showed up, the reservation had not been updated according to the young man at the front desk. Needless to say, I would have given this property a negative number. The young man indicated that they did not have any more two bed rooms available and did not have the authority to give us two rooms to make up for the mistake. The young man did call another nearby hotel, the Baymont Inn, which had a two-bed room available and held it for us. It was very stressful after making first a call to the Best Western reservation line and then to the hotel itself only to be told my reservation change did not make it through the reservation system correctly when I showed up. This hotel is separated from the river by the busy highway going through town and not on the river front. less

I am sorry there was a confusion with your reservation. I do apologize. Without a name or confirmation number I am unable to check into the situation. If you would like to call the hotel I would be more than happy to look into the reservation issue. Again my apologies.
