Mr. Wallace, I am very sorry that we could not meet your expectations during your two night stay with us. Upon check-in, I explained that the rate you booked was not available for a Jacuzzi room that night because it was Valentine's day. I was able to get you a discount that was just a little bit more than the rate you wanted but not quite the $159 that other guests were paying for the night in a Jacuzzi room. I apologized for the misunderstanding and attempted to make up for our mistake by giving you and your visitor Valentine's Chocolates, snack cakes, and even offered complimentary bubble bath for the tub. I really wish that you would have fully addressed this situation with me upon check in instead of assuring me that you were satisfied with the solution. Bringing a confirmation from 2016 to my desk clerk, calling multiple times, being aggressive to staff members, and leaving negative online reviews are not positive ways to resolve this issue. If you would like to work together to find a resolution to this matter, please feel free to contact me at the hotel Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Thank you.
