We only stayed one night owing to Brighton being virtually full due to The Fringe, but were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by a cheerful receptionist who checked us in two hours early as our room was already prepared - no mention of extra cost! We were allocated a clean, pleasnt room on the 4th. floor and were impressed with the cleanlines of the room and the quality of the the furnishings/fittings. We didn't use the catering as we were visiting for a dinner re-union, but would not hesitate to if the standard was as good as the accommodation! The menu prices looked reasonable. As we frequently stay in Brighton/Hove, we would consider the Best Western for future visits instead of the surly service and inflated prices offered by many city-centre hotels in Brighton!
The hotel offers good service with comfortable accommodation in a pleasant location overlooking the sea, ten minutes drive from downtown Brighton (or 20 minutes by bus, which stops outside. It also offer - albeit limited - on-site parking on a first-come/first-served basis - a definite plus! less
