Incredibly well-designed, well-run and well-kept hotel that practically kept us from continuing on to Yellowstone, it's that good! Not just the best Best Western hotel we've ever stayed at in the U.S., one of the best U.S. hotels we've ever stayed at, period! We had a large, comfortable two-bed room on the top floor with a balcony patio overlooking Cody and the distant mountains, and found the beds incredibly comfortable and the shower, with its inlaid smooth rock floor, a spa-like retreat. Huge indoor pool, which was great, plus many subtle guest touches, like a sound-proof patio door and thick, sound-deadening hallway carpeting. (You'll know the patio door is closed when you can no longer hear the promo car for the Cody Rodeo, driving back and forth down the main road and advertising for that night's rodeo.) Best of all are the staff members, especially at the front desk, all of whom were very professional. Out breakfast (not included in room cost) was great too. less
