Not worth the price

First complaint: Room key did not work twice which made me have to go up and down twice in a row with my heavy belongings. Telephone at elevator was not working, which I was hoping it did to save me a trip.
Second complaint: Dirty/stained shower floor and I don't have any shower slippers... (I really don't want to step on that). Front desk directed me to Walgreens as an answer.
Third complaint: Bathroom light went out and I haven't showered yet. Front desk told me they will fix it in the morning. I guess I am showering in the dark.....
Con: The tile floor had a weird sticky residue (I assume it's from the cleaning solution they use)... you can tell I went back and forth a lot because of my footprints. Warning: Do not walk barefoot! lol
I definitely was not expecting this kind of service/quality for a $120+ night stay. I'm checking out and will be staying at another hotel for my remaining days in town.
The reason for the 2-stars instead of 1-star is because the hotel had a nice scent (finally a pro!) Also, the bed was comfortable. less

I am very disappointed that we dropped the ball and that it forced you to relocate to another hotel. I am very surprised to hear about the issues that you experienced, and very sorry that we dropped the ball.
